We are intentionally focused on simplicity of ingredients, and light essential oil scents for specific purposes in our products.   • Holistic healing is generally described as “alternative medicine”, however it goes beyond. The human body can heal naturally, and by using holistic ingredients, we give ourselves an opportunity to heal with less reliance on antibiotics, or other forms of chemically produced remedies. 

    Starting your herbal journey can be a very intimidating process, but we are here to help make this a little easier for you. Herbs hold so many healing properties and benefits that are unfamiliar to most. It’s a good practice to start swapping out daily products for a more natural substitute; a little at a time. There are many books and podcasts that address starting your herbal journey; however, I am here to help guide you through your journey to the most natural way of healing.

  • There are so many benefits of switching to a more holistic lifestyle. 

    Switching your daily habits can benefit your life immensely. Our bodies take time to adjust and to detox from the chemicals that we have been using.

    You will begin to notice many changes in your body and mood once you’ve begun the holistic lifestyle. Herbs and oils can help reset the rhythmic sleep cycle and open back up the channels to pineal glands. These improvements also provide benefits that positively impact areas of moods and energy.

  • There are many chemicals to look for when scanning your products, but the best place to start is by looking to replace the following:

    Sulfates ( also used as an ingredient to make the product foam more but have been commonly known to contain carcinogens) 

    Parabens

    Phthalates

    Silicones (commonly found in products advertised for moisturizing but will cause product buildup)

    Artificial dyes (commonly listed as Red 30, Red 33, Blue 1, Blue 4, Green 3 ETC.)

    Diethanolamides (commonly found in shampoos to make the soap lather well in the hair)

    You will come to find that almost all of your products contain one or more of these ingredients — do not let that intimidate you or deter you from starting your change to more natural products.
